At Saint Sintra, we believe in circular luxury — making fashion more accessible, more intentional, and more sustainable. Our rental program offers short-term and subscription-based access to our ready-to-wear collections and select runway pieces. Whether it’s a special occasion or just because, this service is available to all.

Duration and Renewal:

Short-term rentals are available for 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Renewals are available remotely in weekly increments, for up to 6 weeks total (45 days). After this period, the rental automatically converts to a purchase at its appraised retail value.

A return shipping label will be included with each order and must be affixed to the original packaging for return. We recommend photographing the return as proof of drop-off.
Late Returns:

Items postmarked more than 24 hours after the return date will incur a non-negotiable late fee equivalent to one additional week's rental.

Items postmarked more than 7 days late will be considered a purchase and charged at the full appraised retail value.
Security:
To safeguard our inventory:

Customers must create an account and agree to our Rental Terms prior to checkout.

A valid credit card must be on file and may be charged the full appraised value of any item returned excessively late, irreparably damaged, or not returned at all.

We perform and retain condition reports for all items, available upon request.
Cleaning Fees and Damages:

Makeup stains, tears, burns, and irreversible damage will incur cleaning or repair fees at our discretion.

Items deemed unrentable upon return (including persistent odors, broken closures, or major fabric damage) will be charged at full value.

Garments are professionally dry cleaned with eco-certified services after each rental. Accessories are sanitized and repaired as needed.
Refunds & Exceptions:

Rental fees are non-refundable once an item has shipped.

Refunds may be issued within 48 hours of order placement, only if the item has not yet left our studio. All exceptions are at the discretion of our customer care team.
