Each Saint Sintra piece is prepared with care before it ships. This page explains how long that takes, what delivery looks like, and how to reach us if something isn't right.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Made-to-measure pieces are created for you after purchase and follow the timeline confirmed with you during your fitting or order confirmation.

Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, holidays, and weather can affect delivery. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and their rates are shown at checkout before you pay, calculated from your destination and the items in your order. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will also be reflected there.

International Orders, Duties & Customs

Where international shipping is offered, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are determined by your country and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery to international addresses may take longer due to customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your order. You can also look up an order from the account menu on the Site, or email us and we'll help.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived in the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at sintra@saintsintra.comand we'll make it right. Please keep all packaging until any claim is resolved.
