Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service or make a purchase. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and product descriptions may change, and we may correct errors or cancel orders, including after an order has been placed. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers, subject to their terms.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Parts of the Service — including our concierge chat assistant — use artificial intelligence to generate responses automatically. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for general information and convenience only. It is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and product details (such as availability, sizing, or pricing) are confirmed only at checkout. Do not rely solely on AI responses when making decisions.

5. User Content

The Service may let you submit content such as text, images, or other materials ("User Content"), including in community or forum features. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the Service.

You represent that your User Content:

• is yours or you have the rights to submit it;
• does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

We may remove User Content and suspend accounts at our discretion. We are not responsible for User Content posted by others.

6. Copyright & DMCA Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including: (a) your signature (physical or electronic); (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Service; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

We may remove allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Service;
• interfere with, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its security;
• misuse AI features, including attempts to extract training data or generate prohibited content.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAINT SINTRA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR USD $100.

9. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. You and Saint Sintra agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis; you and Saint Sintra waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action, and an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing sintra@saintsintra.com with your name and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
